People 50 years and above who have a high risk medical condition/People 40 years and above who have a high risk medical condition or People 16-49 who are front Line essential workers with a high risk health condition (which include cancer chronic kidney disease chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant obesity (body mass index ≥30 kg/m2 but 25 kg/m2, but 95%), cystic fibrosis, significant neurologic injury or condition (e.g. Long Term Care facilities included Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Homes, and Dept of Corrections infirmaries providing care that is similar to an assisted living facilityĪcute psychiatric facilities Correctional settings Group homes for individuals with disabilities or mental and behavioral health conditions Homeless and domestic violence shelters Substance misuse and treatment residential facilities and Transitional living homes. This dashboard was created as a partnership between the Johns Hopkins Disability Health Research Center and the Center for Dignity in Healthcare for People with Disabilities as a starting point for understanding how the disability community is prioritized in COVID-19 vaccine distribution and intends to help people with disabilities determine when they qualify for a COVID-19 vaccine in their state.
